The Parent/Toddler Education class is an interactive program with activities, crafts, lecture and discussion, outside play, dancing and reading. This class provides instructor lead activities and discussion, allows the toddlers to play and interact with other toddlers, allows parents to interact with their toddler in a variety of different settings, provides parents with subject based educational materials and provides an opportunity for parents to exchange ideas.
Classes start February 5th to May 7th, Fridays for 12 weeks - classes held on the campus of California State University, Northridge, If you are interested, call Joyce Marie directly at 818-800-0480.
Although the California State University system is in serious financial budge crisis mode, classes are starting for matriculated students. CSUN is will have limited classes available for summer 2010 semester. Application should already be in for admissions for fall 2010. The nine community colleges in the Los Angeles area are also affected by the California State budge crisis. Enrollment is open. Classes are open to all who complete the registration process on time. Don't delay! http:www.lamission.edu
Don't be caught off guard! This year students will see an increase in class size and a loss in familiar teachers. Many librarians have been cut to 1/2 day or are not returning at all. Transitions are difficult for adults as well as children, be patient. Read more http:www.lausd.net
