Joyce Marie Brusasco, M.S.

Joyce Marie is the mother of two rapidly growing girls and has just celebrated her 14th wedding anniversary.  She has dedicated the last few years to parent eduction.  Joyce Marie, holds a Masters Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from California State University, Northridge (CSUN).  Her degree emphasis is family studies and parent education. Currently, she is Part-Time Faculty at CSUN where she teaches Parental Development to family studies students and teaches a "Mommy and Me" parent / toddler education class as an outreach to the community.  She is also adjunct faculty for Los Angeles Mission College in Sylmar, CA, where she teaches Marriage and Family and Life Management to continuation high school students. .She holds a bachelors degree from the University of Washington, Seattle in Drama.  She has been the producer of several short films and writer/director of the documentary film Juggling It All: Motherhood.  She has been a guest lecturer and presenter for local and national conferences, which focus on family studies and parent education.     Joyce Marie continues to combine her social desire to educate and her love for filmmaking.
